POLICIES

Advance reservations suggested. Reservations require one day rental fee. The reservation deposit is non returnable.

Rentals must be fully paid for at the time of pickup. Cash, check, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. No refunds will be made due to poor weather or road conditions, equipment returned early, or for equipment not used.

Late returns are subject to daily fee + 25% for each overdue day.

Upon pick-up, you should inspect the equipment thorougly, ask questions, and if necessary, request an equipment operation demonstration. If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for labor, cleaning and repair costs. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is at full value.
